Background of 2B's Virtuous Treaty

YoRHa No.2 Type B (commonly known as 2B) is the all purpose battle android and protagonist in the video game series NieR: Automata. To protect the surviving humans from the Machines (an evil race of sentient robots), 2B is designed to take the fight back to the enemy. Always on the offensive, 2B is equipped with a large array of close quarter weaponry and a ranged attack pod. 2B's weapon of choice is the Virtuous Treaty, a katana style "weapon of virtue".

2B's signature blade, the Virtuous Treaty, is a large sword 2B uses in countless, gruesome battles during and after the 14th Machine War. The Virtuous Treaty is a white sword like those carried by the samurai of the old, with a top quality blade.

2B's default blade in the prologue of the Nier: Automata game series. Overall: 107cm. Carbon steel. Comes with leather sheath and nylon backstrap.

Absolutely stunning work!!

Never see such a beautiful sword and so well crafted before!
If I am doing other cosplays in the future that requires a sword, I know who to go for!

Loose handle

Everything was great but the handle is a bit loose is there anyway to tighten it?

It’s perfection!

It’s absolutely stunning, package arrived on time and was in good condition. They protected the sword within the packaging very well so no scuffs or breakage could happen. I already purchased another just out of excitement from the quality of work. If your looking for a sign to get the sword this is it. It’s perfect for cosplay!

Virtuous Treaty Review

The sword came in quickly and it is an absolutely marvelous replica. Though not the actual size as seen in-game, it is still a sizeable sword and the detail is impeccable and has exceeded my expectations. I gave it a custom sheath and I was able to easily install menuki into the tsuka. I also thought that including Virtuous Contract's Android hair decorations on the kashira was a nice touch. Overall, Fire and Steel has done a wonderful job replicating this wonderful sword from an equally wonderful game. Glory to Mankind!
