Background of Sasuke's Sword
Sasuke Uchiha is a shinobi of Konoha in the anime and manga series Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden. A friend and rival to Naruto Uzumaki himself, Sasuke is driven by an unquenchable thirst for strength to allow him to exact revenge on his powerful older brother Itachi. Sasuke is a master shinobi and swordsman who wields a straight sword (chokuto) named the "Sword of Kusanagi" (the "Grass Cutter" / "Grasscutter" / "Grass-Mower"). The name is referring to the "Kusanagi no Tsurugi", one of the Imperial Regalia of Japan.

Our carefully crafted real sword is inspired by Sasuke's chokuto, the sword of Kusanagi, including a carbon steel blade (toshin) and the sword's iconic striped sheath (saya) and handle (tsuka). This metal replica is 36 cm (14 in) long and comes with a 22.5 cm (8.9 in) wooden sheath (saya) and a wooden display stand.
