Business Still Running During COVID-19

To Our Amazing Customers,

You might be wondering how COVID-19 might be affecting our operations. We wanted to take the time to assure everyone that orders are still being taken on our website and fulfilled as usual.

However, due to the spread of COVID-19 around the world, many public gatherings have been cancelled or are expected to be cancelled in the coming weeks. This will inevitably affect our upcoming trade shows, conventions and festivals.

We realize some of you are waiting to buy items from us at those events. Please be aware, we are making efforts to list any convention-exclusive products on our website in the coming days. You can buy from us online anytime, rain or shine. For the most part, the price is the same online as conventions.

Our goal is to offer our entire catalog online for the first time. Keep checking back on this page for our newest product offerings. You can expect new products being regularly added in the coming weeks.

We are keeping our shipping rates as low as possible to help ensure all our customers get what they're looking for without having to risk their health or safety. Keep in mind, shipping is free throughout North America if you reach $200 CAD or more in your cart.

For those of you who are in the Greater Toronto Area in Canada, don't forget we also have drop-in store hours. You can drop by our shop every TUE-FRI from 9-5pm EST, and on SAT from 10-6pm EST. If these times do not work for you, just send us an email and book an appointment time: support@fireandsteel.ca. We are always happy to see our customers in-person. Our store location is:

2505 Dunwin Dr., Unit 8, Mississauga, ON L5M5H2

In the meantime, should there be any questions or concerns, our staff are committed to help.

Thanks for your continued support. Stay healthy!
