Online Purchase Return Policy

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased online. For returns or exchanges at our physical store in Mississauga or at convention booths, please refer to our Brick-and-Mortar Store & Convention Policies.

Many of our items are handcrafted, which may result in minor variations in size, paint, detailing, or finish. These are not defects and do not affect the quality or overall integrity of the product. All products undergo quality checks before shipping and are ensured to be within a 10% variance of the intended design.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. If you have any concerns, contact us at support@fireandsteel.ca before returning any product.

If you wish to return a product without defects, submit a return request to support@fireandsteel.ca within 14 days of delivery. Requests after 14 days will not be accepted. Do not send items back without authorization, as unapproved returns may be rejected with no refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All components (sheaths, stands, screws, accessories, etc.) must be returned.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Any duties, taxes, or extra shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Avoid premium couriers that incur extra brokerage fees.
  • Items must be packaged securely; damage or loss during return shipping is the customer's responsibility and may be deducted from the refund.
  • Products with wear, damage, or negligence are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • A 10% restocking and repackaging fee will be deducted from refunds.

Final Sale Items: Products sold AS IS, as part of holiday sales (e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Day), or items sold without packaging, final/display copies, are final and non-returnable.

If you believe your item may have a manufacturing defect, please contact support@fireandsteel.ca within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the issue and provide guidance on whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

All returns must still follow our regular return conditions, including returning items in their original packaging with all components.

International shipments may incur additional duties and taxes according to your country’s regulations, and customers are responsible for all such charges. If a customer rejects a shipment due to unpaid duties or taxes and requests a refund, the original shipping, return shipping, and any damages incurred during the return will be deducted from the refund in additional to a 10% restocking and repackaging fee. If the cost to return the package exceeds the value of the order, no refund will be issued, and the item will be considered abandoned.

If a package is returned to Fire and Steel due to missed delivery, an incorrect or incomplete address, or refusal of delivery, customers may contact us to arrange reshipment. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, duties, or taxes associated with reshipping.

If the cost to return and reship the package exceeds the value of the order, no refund will be issued, and the item will be considered abandoned.
