This information applies to our physical store in Mississauga and our booths at conventions. For policies related to our online store, please refer to our Shipping Policy and Pre-Order Policy pages.
All products purchased in person at our showroom are considered final sale.* (We reserve the right to refuse an exchange in exceptional circumstances.)
Exchanges are permitted for undamaged, unused products returned in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase and can be exchanged for any product available in the showroom. If the value of the exchanged item is higher, the difference must be paid. If it is lower, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Final sale items include, but are not limited to: used products, sale items, items sold without original packaging, final copies, display copies, products sold “AS IS,” and items purchased during holiday sales (including Black Friday and Boxing Day). These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
*Exceptions may apply.
Store credit is issued to the Fire and Steel account or email associated with the purchase and can be used online or in-store.
A valid photo ID may be required for in-store use. Store credit is non-transferable, except at the discretion of Fire and Steel. Receipts or other forms of identification are not accepted in place of account verification.
All sales at conventions are final. Customers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase, as we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. Fire and Steel cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, or wear that occurs during or after the event. Purchases made at conventions are considered complete at the point of sale, and any disputes or claims regarding product condition or authenticity must be addressed immediately with a booth representative. In exceptional circumstances, Fire and Steel may choose to offer assistance at our discretion, but no obligation is assumed.
