Brick-and-Mortar Store and Convention Policies

This information pertains to our physical store in Mississauga and our booths when we attend conventions. For policies pertaining to our web-store, please refer to our Shipping Policy and Pre-Order Policy pages.


We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on undamaged, unused products returned to our store within 14 days of purchase. Products must be accompanied by proof of purchase and can be exchanged for anything in the store or returned for store credit. If the value of the exchange exceeds that of the item being returned, you will be required to pay the difference and if the value is less than the item being returned, you will be issued the difference in store credit. We do not offer refunds on cash or card purchases.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on used products. All sale-items are final.

Products being sold in AS IN conditions are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

Holiday Sale Items
Products being sold as part of any holiday sale such as Black Friday, Boxing Day etc. are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.



Store credit is issued to an account under the recipient's name. Store credit can only be used by the person associated with the account. We require a piece of photo ID for the use of store credit and cannot accept any other form of identification. Receipts are not an acceptable alternative to photo ID.

Store credit is not transferable.


If you have ordered products through our website and chosen the in-store pickup option, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.

All sales at conventions are final and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product before purchasing the item.

If you feel your case is one of exceptional circumstances, please speak to one of the booth representatives at the convention.
