General Inquiries & FAQ

1) I HAVE A SHIPPING, PICK-UP OR PREORDER RELATED QUESTION.

Please go to our shipping policy, pick-up policy, pre-order policy, brick-and-mortar store policy, and returns and refunds policy.

2) DO YOU OFFER VOLUME DISCOUNTS?

No, but we do occasionally put items on sale. Please check back on our page throughout the year. We also offer a rewards program for returning customers, which will grant discounts for future orders. In addition, if you are a retailer that is looking to stock our products in your shop, please consider contacting us about wholesaling

3) CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM REQUEST?

We have temporarily paused our custom development program due to high demand and order fulfillment priorities. However, we are always eager to hear from our valued customers. If you have a specific product suggestion or if there's something you'd like to see in our future collections, please feel free to share your ideas with us at support@fireandsteel.ca.

4) WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING ABOUT COVID-19?

We've modified our working hours and showroom hours in response to COVID-19. We respect social distancing within the shop, offer hand sanitizer and a hand washing station. We also encourage the use of face masks.

When our staff handle products and orders, strict health and safety guidelines are followed.

5) WHAT DOES A FIRST EDITION SWORD MEAN?

Our swords often go through many iterations to improve their accurate representation compared to what they look like in their respective video games, anime, movies, etc. A 1st edition sword means it's the first generation version that was produced. When a 2nd edition comes out, the 1st edition will often go on sale.

6) HOW DO I FIGURE OUT MY HOODIE SIZE?

Please consult the diagram and chart below. What you'll need is a measuring tape that measures in metric centimeters (cm).

Chest: Wrap the tape from armpit to armpit (do not encircle your torso)
Length: (Back length) Top of your shoulder to the base of your spine
Shoulder: Width of the top of your shoulders (see below where measurement should end.)
Sleeve: Top of your shoulder to the bottom of your wrist

So what if your measurements are mixed? For example if you are M for chest, S for length, M for shoulder and XS for sleeve, then just choose the largest measurement (for this example, choose an M size hoodie).

7) ANYTHING NOT ANSWERED ON OUR PAGES?
