Stocking Anarchy is one the main protagonists in the anime and manga series Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. Stocking's name is derived from her own stockings that can transform into her iconic pair of spiritual katanas called Stripes I & II. .
Stocking's Stripes I & II katanas have blue and white striped blades, with a slanted sword tip and an intricately wrapped handle. Stocking rapidly spins her katanas as fast as a spinning helicopter blade, to easily deflect bullets and slice down any spiritual beings that are in the area.
