Background of the Rellana's Twin Blades from Elden Ring

In the Realm of Shadow, discovered in Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, Rellana's Twin Blades belong to the formidable Twin Moon Knight. As a Carian princess and younger sister to Queen Rennala, Rellana was a master of glintstone sorcery. However, she famously abandoned her royal lineage to stand by the side of Messmer the Impaler, seamlessly blending her native magic with his abyssal fire.

This duality is perfectly represented in her signature Light Greatswords. Wielded in a mesmerizing, fluid dance, her right blade shines with the brilliant blue light of Carian sorcery, while her left blade burns fiercely with the red flames of Messmer. To face Rellana in battle is to face a flawless harmony of fire and magic, making her weapons some of the most elegant and deadly in the history of the Lands Between.
