Bokken are Japanese wooden swords used for training. They are usually the size and shape of a katana, but is sometimes shaped like other swords, such as the wakizashi and tanto. Some ornamental bokken are decorated with artwork and elaborate carvings. Bokken should not be confused with shinai, practice swords made of flexible bamboo.

Fire and Steel bokken are perfect for practicing sword martial arts safely. Each bokken comes with a plastic guard. Sold individually. Overall length of approximately 99 cm in length,  3.5 cm wide and 2.5 cm thick.

NOTE: Please select your colour from the drop down list. Three colours are available: black with dragon design, dark brown, light brown.

Amazing!

Bought this as a birthday gift and the recipient was thrilled. Very nice Bokken. Light, but well made. It was just what I was looking for. Arrived quickly and you just can't beat the price. Would definitely recommend!

Good wooden Bokken

I like the price and feel of this bokken. This is my 1st purchase of one. Only thing I have to say is that it's light. Don't know if they make heavier bokkens to make it feel more like a sword.

But the design is nice
