Background of Iron Man

Tony Stark is the CEO of Stark Industries and a founding member of the Avengers - Earth's mightiest heroes in many Marvel comic book series and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As one of the most powerful weapon's dealers in the world, Stark was kidnapped by the infamous criminal organization, the Ten Rings. The terrorists are heavily relying on Stark Industries weaponry in their arsenal, which motivates Tony Stark to change the focus of his company away from weapons. With his life in jeopardy and limited resources available, Stark brilliantly escapes using his first armored suit, called "Mark 1 Iron Armor". Returning home, Stark creates more armor sets to fight against terrorism and other evils, earning him the superhero title "Iron Man".

Tony Stark uses an Arc Reactor, a large energy source miniaturized to power up all of his Iron Man armors, which he uses to fight many powerful enemies. Sacrificing himself to save the universe, this Arc Reactor is a symbol of Stark's legacy as the world's most renowned superhero, Iron Man.

Love this!

Probably my favorite of all the pieces I have, but this is an amazing work of art! It lights up and has different modes by just tapping it! So cool and one of the centerpieces of my collection!
