Peter Quill is the leader of the Guardians of the Galaxy (intergalactic outlaws who protect the galaxy) in many Marvel comic book series and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Taken in and raised as a Ravager, Peter became a notorious and legendary intergalactic criminal, earning the title "Star Lord ''. With a strong love towards those close to him, Peter will do anything to protect them, even at the cost of his own life.

When journeying on different planets, Peter wears a uniquely designed helmet with a built in HUD system that allows him to breathe in different atmospheres and protects him during battle.
