Earl Ciel Phantomhive is the head of the Phantomhive House (a powerful noble family in England), from the anime and manga series Black Butler. Queen Victoria assigns various missions to Ciel and he uses his evil powers to control Britain's underworld. Ciel typically carries around a walking cane with a large skull on top and a blue ribbon tied under it.
