About the Scissor Blades From Kill La Kill

The red Scissor Blade, wielded by Ryūko Matoi in the anime series Kill la Kill, is one half of the legendary Rending Scissors crafted by Isshin Matoi. This unique weapon, designed to sever Life Fibers, is a pivotal tool in Ryūko's quest to uncover the truth about her father’s death and seek vengeance against Nui Harime, who holds the other half of the blade.

Made from hardened Life Fibers, the Scissor Blade is one of the few weapons capable of cutting through Goku Uniforms and Kamui garments. Its versatility allows Ryūko to adapt to various combat scenarios, as the blade can extend into a massive two-handed sword, Decapitation Mode, for delivering devastating blows.
