Fire and Steel - Bokken
Bokken are traditional Japanese wooden swords used for training in sword-based martial arts. Typically modeled after a katana, they can also resemble other blade types like the wakizashi or tanto. Unlike bamboo shinai, bokken are made from solid wood to better replicate the feel and handling of a real sword. Some are also decorated with artistic engravings for ornamental use.
Fire and Steel bokken are crafted from lightweight balsa wood, making them ideal for safe practice, cosplay, or light choreographed demonstrations. Each bokken includes a plastic guard (tsuba) and is sold individually.
Length ranges slightly between 98–100 cm. Approx. 3.3 cm wide and 2.3 cm thick.
