Jin Sakai is the protagonist in the video game series Ghost of Tsushima. Ever since Jin was young, he followed the samurai code of honor until they were defeated by the Mongols. This devastating loss convinced Jin that striking his opponents from the shadows was more effective at defeating his enemies. As the legendary Ghost of Tsushima, Jin uses two very different combat styles: extremely skilled samurai swordplay, along with stealthy and deceptive ghost tactics which the samurai consider disgraceful.

Jin wields his primary and iconic weapon, the Sakai Katana, throughout the entire game. With his katana he can perform deadly combos that consist of a series of unstoppable strikes.
