Background of Yato
Yato is an obscure god that aspires to become a God of Fortune in the anime and manga series Noragami. Known as a God of Calamity, Yato's behavior is known to be very mischievous and unpredictable. However, in pursuit of becoming a more popular god, Yato's determination and resilience pushes him to free himself from his cruel past with his Father. To fight in battle, Yato uses his regalia, Yukine, a loose spirit of a dead human that transforms into a fine chokuto sword with a white bandaged handle.
About our Yukine Replica
Our masterfully crafted real sword is inspired by Yato's chokuto, including the carbon steel blade (toshin) and its iconic handle. This metal replica of the Yato sword is 104 cm (41 in) long and comes with a black leather sheath (saya). "Yukine" is designed like a basic shirasaya.
