More Than I Expected

I received my William Wallace Sword in a timely manner and was thoroughly impressed with the product. The sword was packed sufficiently to avoid any damage during transit and I could not believe the quality of sword once it was unpacked. I am very proud to display such a fine looking, historical weapon behind my basement bar. Thank you Fire & Steel!

Budd's Katana

Damn fine sword. Looks really good, only it could be a little more sharp. The dilivery went perfect. So keep it up and don't change a thing.

Stunning sword

Arrived on time to the U.K. did get checked which is understandable but well worth it the gems on the front and back of the sword make it pop and the writing is very clear and accurate on the sword and matches the real Netflix series really well, love it!

What is a katana?

What is a katana?

A katana sword, often called a samurai sword, is a traditional Japanese weapon renowned for its distinctive curvature, impressive length, and exceptionally sharp edge. The term "katana" first appeared in Japanese in the Nihon Shoki from 720, which is a compound word made up of "kata" (meaning "one side" or "one-sided") and "na" (meaning "blade"), distinguishing it from the double-edged sword  known as tsurugi.

Can I use battle-ready katanas for cutting?

Absolutely! All our battle-ready katanas are designed for slicing and cutting, thanks to their sharp edges. However, it's important to handle them with care due to their sharpness. Proper handling ensures safety and longevity of the katana during cutting exercises.

How should I clean and maintain my sword or katana?

How should I clean and maintain my sword or katana?

To ensure your high-quality carbon-crafted swords and katanas last a long time, it's crucial to maintain them properly. This involves regularly oiling them to prevent rust and cleaning them after each use. With the right care, your sword or katana will remain in pristine condition for years to come.

What is the difference between sharp and blunt swords?

Our sharp swords, also known as "battle-ready," feature sharp edges perfect for display and functional use in battle or cutting exercises. They require careful handling due to their sharpness. Blunt swords, on the other hand, have blunted edges, making them safer to handle and ideal for display and cosplay purposes.
